NHS Number service
If you need to obtain your NHS number, there is a service you can use online to obtain this.
You will be asked for your name, date of birth and postcode. The service will send you a text, email or letter with your NHS number on.
If you are unable to get your NHS number using this service, please phone the surgery.

Out of Hours
Outside of normal working hours, please contact the NHS out of hours service by phone on 111.
