Jane took on the role of office manager in March 2016 after working as part of the reception/administration team for ten years.

Delia worked as a receptionist for five years within the practice before moving to a more administrative role in 2013. This position encompasses a wide variety of duties from carrying out data searches and clinical audits to providing administrative and secretarial support to the Management Team, Doctors and Nurses. Delia is happy to offer help and support where it is required throughout the practice.
These are the staff who really make the practice work well. They are the first you meet and the voices you hear on the phone.
Our reception team will endeavor to help you. Often they need a chiropracter they bend over backwards so far, and they do not deserve abuse in any shape or form.

Out-of-Hours Medical Care
If you need urgent medical advice when our practice is closed, a clinician is always available in the evening, nights, weekends, public holidays and on protected learning afternoons (staff training). Please telephone NHS Warwickshire Out of Hours Service (Care UK) on 111 and your call will be re-directed to the Out-of-Hours Service.
