Our vaccination programme is underway, if you are in a risk group (details on Current News and Information)and are eligible for a vaccination please contact the surgery to make an appointment to have this done.

Let us know if you change your address or telephone number so that we are able to keep in touch with you. It is always useful to have a mobile telephone number if you have one.
Cancel Appointments - e-mail
We are always trying to make the best use of our available appointments and are grateful if you cancel appointments you are going to be unable to attend. You may e-mail us here, fax on 01788 866039 or phone us. Given sufficient notice we can then give your appointment away to another patient. If you have received a text reminder about your appointment, you can now text back to cancel your appointment if you need to.
STAFF TRAINING
Our next staff training will take place on Thursday 9 February 2012. The surgery will close at 12.30 pm for the afternoon session.
During this time medical cover is provided by the Out of Hours Service Telephone 0300 130 30 40.
The Surgery will be open as normal at 8.30 am on Friday 10 February 2011.
