Let us know if you change your address or telephone number so that we are able to keep in touch with you. It is always useful to have a mobile telephone number if you have one.
TELEPHONE APPOINTMENTS
The doctors are pleased to offer telephone appointments for suitable problems as an alternative to face to face consultations. There are limited numbers of telephone appointments and these are offered on the day from 8.30 am. Our receptionist will confirm an estimated time the doctor will phone you and so it is important for you to leave a telephone number where you can be reached.
CANCEL APPOINTMENTS - by email
We are always trying to make the best use of our available appointments and are grateful if you cancel appointments you are going to be unable to attend. You may e-mail us here, fax on 01788 866039 or phone us. Given sufficient notice we can then give your appointment away to another patient. If you have received a text reminder about your appointment, you can now text back to cancel your appointment if you need to.
STAFF TRAINING
Please note the next county-wide training session will be on Thursday 25 April 2013 and the surgerywill therfore close at 12.30 pm and will re-open on Friday 26 April 2013 at 8.30 am.
